Return Policy: (1) We will accept unused product with return authorization approval number. (2) Or your item(s) may be returned/replaced if product is defective upon arrival.  We will not accept returns for items that are not defective and opened by customer. (3) Opened electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes), liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) and batteries cannot be returned. In the event that liquid products were damaged or leaked during shipment, we will replace these items at no additional cost to you. If this occurs, please contact our Customer Service immediately.

Please do not attempt to return without contacting TigerSextoy.com first. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 14 days of sale. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges of unwanted items cannot be refunded.

For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.
